The following terms and conditions with this job offer are fully explained below:
(1) Wage rate: Work will be performed on a DOD funded project, under Task Order AFCA P V Tinian Island TO024, Prime Contract Number FA8051-24-F-0024. SCA wage rates apply at the rate of $20.98/hr. In addition to SCA hourly rates, the worker will receive an additional $5.09/hr. for Health & Welfare as required under the Service Contract Act.
(2) Overtime Available? Yes, overtime rate is calculated at 1.5x per hour ($31.47/hr)
(3) Deductions from payroll: Employer will make all deductions from the workers’ paycheck required by law (Federal Income Tax, State Income Tax, Social Security (FICA) & Medicare Tax).
(4) Employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due; Workers will be paid bi-weekly.
(5) Employer will provide at NO FEE OR CHARGE to the workers, the following:
• Housing (or Employer will assist workers in securing board, lodging, or other facilities);
• 3 meals per day for the duration of employment; and
• Transportation to and from the worksite.
(6) Employer will provide, at no expense to workers, a one-way economy class air transportation from workers’ point of hire to Tinian. Workers will be provided or fully reimbursed (100%) for transportation and subsistence from the place which the workers have come to work for the Employer, whether in the U.S. or abroad, to the place of employment, if the workers complete 50 percent of the period of employment covered by the job order.
(7) Employer will provide or pay for the workers’ cost of return transportation and subsistence from the place of employment to the place from which the workers—disregarding intervening employment—departed to work for the Employer, if the workers complete the certified period of employment or is dismissed from employment for any reason by the Employer before the end of the period of employment.
Note: Daily subsistence will be at least $16.78/per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00/per day with receipts/documentation of actual expenses.
(8) Employer will reimburse workers in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the workers (passport expenses or other charges primarily for the benefit of workers, are not included).
(9) Three-Fourths Guarantee: Employer guarantees to offer the workers employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period beginning with the first workday after the arrival of the workers at the place of employment or the advertised first date of need, whichever is later, and ending on the expiration date specified in the job order or in its extensions, if any.
(10) Employer-Provided Tools and Equipment: Workers will be provided, without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned.
(11) On-the-Job Training: Not Available.

Perform complex rigging tasks including selecting and attaching appropriate rigging gear for various load types and sizes; Calculate the load weight and center of gravity for safe lifting operations; Inspect and maintain rigging equipment such as wire ropes, chains, and slings, to ensure they meet safety standards; Ensure adequate site preparation for cranes and other heavy equipment; Communicate effectively with crane operators and other workers, using hand signals and verbal directions to ensure safe load movement; Identify and mitigate risks associated with rigging operations, including understanding load dynamics and working near hazards; Inspect and prepare loads for movement; Set, align, and level heavy equipment machinery; Prepare rigging equipment including beams, pulleys, clamps, and bolts; Maneuver loads in connection with heavy equipment lifting operations and by hand. The types of loads to be maneuvered may include construction materials, structural steel, piping, mechanical equipment, generators, concrete components, containers, machinery, and other project-related materials and equipment.
The Riggers will instead work in coordination with crane operators and other heavy equipment operators by selecting, inspecting, setting up, attaching, and controlling rigging gear, including slings, shackles, wire rope, chain falls, hoists, pulleys, blocks, spreader bars, hooks, tag lines, and related rigging equipment. They will guide, balance, secure, and manually control suspended loads before, during, and after lifting operations, including through hand signals, radio communication, tag-line control, and other standard rigging practices.
